Language skills at the reception: German, English, French, Serbian.
For a later arrival we ask for prior notice. If you arrive after reception closing, we will deposit your key in the key safe at the hotel entrance. From this you can take your room key by means of a numerical code and thus have access to the hotel.
Free parking at the house (limited) and in the hotel underground car park (fee required). Smoking is not allowed, except on the room balconies or terraces (if available). Pets in the room are allowed (for a fee), unfortunately no in the breakfast room.
